Stages & Arenas – MARVEL Fighting Souls

All MARVEL Fighting Souls stages — Marvel's New York, Asgard, Wakanda, Knowhere, Savage Land, and X-Mansion with Wall Break transitions.

MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls features seven launch stages based on iconic Marvel Universe locations. Each arena includes multiple sections connected by Wall Break transitions that shift the battlefield mid-match. These transitions serve both visual spectacle and strategic purpose — changing available space and unlocking additional team members.

Stages come alive with Easter eggs for eagle-eyed Marvel fans. From the skyline of Marvel's New York to the golden halls of Asgard, every arena reflects Arc System Works' anime-inspired art direction applied to legendary Marvel settings.

All Seven Launch Stages

Marvel's New York appears in both Day and Night variants, with the Night version associated with the Knights of Doom villain team. Asgard serves as the Samurai Outriders' realm, while Wakanda represents the Fighting Avengers. Knowhere belongs to the Amazing Guardians, and the X-Mansion houses the Unbreakable X-Men. Savage Land provides a prehistoric jungle setting for primal battles.

Most stages feature two or more distinct areas. When a Wall Break triggers, fighters transition to a new section with different wall positions and background elements. After Beta 3, Wall Breaks cause hard knockdown without tech roll, making stage transitions a significant momentum shift.

Stage Strategy

Learn each stage's corner positions and transition trigger points to optimize your combo routes. Since Super Skills no longer cause Wall Breaks at corners, you must build stage transition opportunities through sustained pressure and specific Wall Break-eligible attacks.

Stage familiarity provides a competitive advantage in tournament play. Use the Open Beta to practice on every arena and identify which stages favor your preferred team composition's range and movement tools.
